Ganderbal, Jul 01 (KNO): Subscribers of private telecom company Reliance Jio on Friday complained about erratic calling and internet services in Watalbagh area in Ganderbal. They told the news agency— Kashmir News Observer (KNO) that they are facing immense problems due to erratic calling and the internet. “We are unable to contact our nearest and dears as every time we dial the number, the network comes either busy, switched off, the number does not exist or shows a number is not registered on the network. This often happens with the Jio network,” the aggrieved residents said. “We apprised the company’s executives about the erratic service many times, but no step was taken to address the issue,” they said. Sheikh Faizan , a local resident said that poor connectivity of the Jio network and other networks in the area has also taken a toll on students, who are dependent on E-Learning and urged the concerned to address the issue on priority—(KNO)
